By accessing and using NoorCAD, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Permission is granted to temporarily use NoorCAD for personal and commercial surveying purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
NoorCAD provides floor plan creation tools, EPC assessment support, and related professional surveying services. Features include manual floor plan tools, LiDAR Scan Room, AI EPC Chat, templates, and cloud storage.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
You retain all rights to your data, including floor plans, reports, and uploaded content. NoorCAD does not claim ownership of your content.
You agree not to misuse the NoorCAD services. Misuse includes illegal activities, unauthorized access, or interference with the service.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and updates may occasionally require downtime.
NoorCAD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
